Brides Blvd Legal Notice and Liability Disclaimer

This notice applies to products purchased from Brides Blvd at bridesblvd.com and related shipping and delivery services. Read it together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. It does not replace those policies or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product descriptions, appearance, and fit

Product photographs and descriptions help you evaluate a style before purchase. Colors and the appearance of fabrics and embellishments may vary with lighting and screen settings. Fit may vary by style and manufacturer. Review the product's size information and contact us before ordering if you need clarification. We do not guarantee that a product will fit without alterations or match an appearance created by a particular screen, lighting condition, or styling arrangement. This disclaimer does not excuse supplying an incorrect product or a product that materially differs from its description.

Product use, care, and alterations

Follow the manufacturer's care instructions and use products for their intended purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Brides Blvd is not liable for damage or losses caused by misuse, improper cleaning or storage, normal wear, or alterations performed by third parties. Customers are responsible for choosing and arranging any independent fitting, alteration, or cleaning services. Nothing in this notice excludes responsibility for product defects or safety obligations imposed by applicable law.

Shipping and delivery estimates

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe for physical products is 5–10 working days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the listing or communicated before purchase. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, and other events outside our reasonable control can cause delays. We will assist with delivery problems and communicate known delays; this notice does not remove any cancellation, refund, or other remedy required by law.

Event dates and consequential losses

If you need an item for a wedding, prom, or other time-sensitive event, contact Brides Blvd before purchase and allow time for fittings and alterations. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we do not guarantee arrival for a particular event. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brides Blvd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or product use, including event-related expenses, missed occasions, or lost profits. This limitation does not apply where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Address accuracy, missing packages, and damage

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and promptly report any errors. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a shipment is missing, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us through bridesblvd.com with your order number so we can help investigate. Shipment to a carrier or a delivery scan does not, by itself, waive your rights or release us from obligations imposed by law.

Limited release of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, customers release Brides Blvd from claims to the extent those claims arise from their own misuse of products, unauthorized alterations, or independent third-party services outside Brides Blvd's control. This limited release does not cover Brides Blvd's fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of obligations that cannot legally be waived, or any liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding. It does not constitute a blanket waiver of claims concerning faulty products, non-delivery, or other statutory consumer protections.

Returns and digital products

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, including the 14-day return-request window, required RA number issued through bridesblvd.com, and applicable 20% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping for approved change-of-mind returns. Exceptions for incorrect or faulty products and mandatory legal rights remain in effect. Digital downloads are informational resources, do not require physical shipping, and are not professional legal, financial, or travel advice.

Consumer rights and contact

Nothing in this notice excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where a provision is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent legally permitted, and the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.
